It is unfortunate to hear that you faced issues during your purchase. However, we always strive to provide you with the best customer service experience. For such unfortunate events, we got you covered for some exceptional cases as mentioned below :

Pricing
All the products listed on the Website/Application will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. Cancellation by Website/Application/Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service, updating necessary information in your account on the APP. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order into your wallet held with Bahawa. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Website/Application, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Milk Unfit for Consumption:
Our milk has no preservatives or additives. Maintaining optimum temperature, hence, is key to keeping the milk fresh and fit to be consumed. However if the cold chain inadvertently breaks at our end, causing the milk to sour on the day of delivery, you can request a refund for the said lot. Such a claim will be considered if the complaint is raised within 1 day of product delivery. Refund is initiated once we collect the soured milk bottles from you. Withdrawal:
Unfortunately, withdrawal from the Wallet Balance is not possible.
For placing an order, you can add an amount on your own discretion to the Bahawa wallet. Once the amount is added to the wallet, that amount can not be refunded but can only be utilized to buy Bahawa products of the same value or more amount can be added to your wallet to order products of higher value.

Erroneous Delivery
A delivery will be considered erroneous at our end if you intimated us in advance.If you receive a delivery despite this, you are eligible for a refund.
Refusing delivery without prior information does not qualify for refund. The following are the only admissible ways of prior intimation:
1. Call our customer care department.
2. Email our customer care department.
3. Update necessary information in your account on the APP.
Please note, informing the delivery boy is not admissible as formal intimation of order. The customer care department is the only authorized channel for this.

Accidental Breakage of milk bottle :
We understand accidents can happen. Breakage of one bottle, the first and only first time it happens will incite no charge. Going further, each broken glass bottle will be charged at Rs.60.
It is requested to thoroughly rinse the glass bottles before returning them the other day to the delivery guy.

Refund for unserviceable areas :
It is advisable to confirm from our customer care if you reside under our serviceable zone before you place the order and make payment. However, if you have already made the payment and reside in an area not covered under our scope of delivery, you can request a full refund of the same.

Refund for damaged packaging :
In the event of receiving a product with the broken seal or damaged packaging, you can immediately contact our customer care and retain pictures of the damaged product to claim a refund or place a replacement request.

Refund for missing items :
If you have not received an item you paid for, you can immediately place a refund request on the same day itself and we shall process it at the earliest.

All refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receiving the order.

Refund Modes : Bank account online transfer & Cheque

We thank you for offering us an opportunity to serve you. While we strongly believe in ‘On Time- Every Time’ delivery, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of certain products can get affected.

Below is our delivery policy:
We won't be able to deliver the products to you if you fall under our non serviceable zone. You can contact our customer care “mention number” to know if your area falls under our scope of delivery.

In rare cases, some of the deliveries can get delayed or affected due to situations not under our control which if at all happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the order.

If there are any changes in the delivery, it should be intimated before 3 pm else it will be rescheduled the other day.

It is advisable to recheck your name, contact details and address while placing the order to avoid unnecessary delays or an undesirable purchase experience.

  • We work on a subscription based model for which pre-payment is necessary.
  • An order shall be considered as confirmed only when the payment for the same has been completed.
  • All deliveries will be scheduled once the payment is complete.
